The service

FunCrime is a deduction game with a new case every day, played in your browser and operated by Gold Marketing, CNPJ 43.927.456/0001-04. The free game needs no sign-up. Some features, like the monthly leaderboard, need an account.

It's all fiction

Cases, characters, companies and places are made up. The humor is about everyday situations, not real people.

Your name and conduct

• Your leaderboard name can't be offensive, discriminatory or impersonate someone. We may change or remove it.
• Don't use bots, scripts or bugs to play, score or send suggestions.

Case suggestions

When you send a story, you confirm you're allowed to share it and grant us a free license to use, adapt and publish it as a case. If you allow it, we'll credit you with the name you gave.

Detective+ and packs

When available, they will cost the price shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled anytime. Any withdrawal rights your local law grants you apply.

Ownership

Texts, cases, characters, artwork, brand and code are ours or licensed to us. Share screenshots and your results freely; don't copy cases into another game or site.

Availability

We do our best to publish a case every day, but the service may pause, change or have errors, and is provided as is to the extent the law allows.

Governing law
